(they/them)

M.Phil.Ed., M.S.Ed., LAPC

As a person who lives on Earth, I can relate to what it is like to be alive.

Living requires consistent effort and upkeep.

Sometimes, talking to a mental health professional can bolster one’s capacity to cope with the challenges that come with living.
